Fantasy Heroes - Team Charter
This is a template to create a team charter for your team.
Created in the same fantasy (D&D) style, It is a follow up to other fantasy-themed templates I used to create an ongoing adventure for my team through many follow-up retrospectives and workshops. It features a possibility for your team mates to create their own character and even write them a nice background story to further personalize their heroic characters.
This series of retrospectives has been one of the most successful ones I have used and is much loved and talked about among our teams. Because let's be honest... who doesn't like having their own heroic little character to go on an epic journey with?
