Date: When the achievement happened (month/year or specific date).
Project/Initiative Name: Title or name of the work/project tied to the achievement.
Your Role: Your job title or function during the achievement.
Company/Organization: Where you were working at the time.
Description: A quick summary of what you did and why it mattered.
Skills Used: Key hard and soft skills used to accomplish the task.
Impact/Results: The outcome, metrics, or value created (quantitative or qualitative).
Resume Bullet: A ready-to-use, polished bullet point for your resume.
Recognition: Awards, kudos, promotions, or public acknowledgments received.
Category: Type of achievement (e.g., Technical, Leadership, Process Improvement).
Portfolio / Article Link – URL to the document, article, or webpage.
Notes – Any extra context, quotes, challenges, or personal reflections.
