The Product Workshop is designed to align our teams on current projects, assess priorities, and strategize for upcoming initiatives. This session will facilitate collaboration, encourage feedback, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the product development process.
Objective
The primary objective of this workshop is to review ongoing projects, identify key priorities for the upcoming quarter, and address any challenges or risks. By the end of the session, we aim to have a clear roadmap and action plan that aligns with our strategic goals.

1. Introduction (10 minutes)
Welcome and objectives
Overview of the workshop structure
2. Reflect, Adjust & Detail (15 minutes)
Product Owners update individual planning boards
Transfer updates to the consolidated planning board
3. Present, Negotiate, Decide (120 minutes)
Each Product Owner presents their work areas (10 minutes per PO)
Stakeholder Q&A and feedback
Define quarterly priorities and assign (delivered, stretch, overflow)
BREAK (1hr)
4. Pulse Check (15 minutes)
Gauge confidence levels
Discuss risks, mitigations, and flag concerns/questions
5. Rework Priorities (30 minutes)
Allow POs to rework priorities based on pulse check
Present updates back to the audience
6. Map Down Priorities (20 minutes)
Populate product priorities in the table
Finalize and document priorities
7. Closing Remarks (10 minutes)
Summary of outcomes
