The Problem

We're all drowning in multiple projects competing for our time and attention. We're ambitious and want to execute them all but we also have enough experience to know that working on multiple projects at a time without a clear plan of action and prioritization is a recipe for disaster.

The Solution

After many iterations, I believe I've landed on something that actually helps answer the following hard questions:

Is this project worth the effort?
Is this project economically feasible?
What are the top 2 projects I should work on?
How should I think about priortizing projects when all of them seem equally promising?
How do I prevent decision-fatigue when choosing which project to work on right away?
