Plus, Minus, Interesting (PMI or + - !?)
Inspired by Edward De Bono's PMI creative thinking technique, the PMI Peace Retro invites participants to think of what went well, what went wrong, and what was interesting.
This promotes "And" thinking. Not just good, or bad, but points of interest too, it invites people to reflect on what happened without necessarily judging those events as positive or negative, whilst allowing people to vent and celebrate as needed.
