Standard Retro format:

Fun Icebreaker: Have your team decide what player they would want to be or as a fun twist have the members decide who each other should play as
Cross the river and discuss where the team could have made better or different choices
Go hunting for what went well
Who/what died of dysentery during the sprint? Consider where things went wrong
