The O.K.I. Matrix is a collaborative tool designed to align and establish ownership while fostering a shared understanding of various topics, features, products, and other elements relevant to the group.
Its primary objective is to categorize, as of today, these topics into three main sections:
Ownership: We collectively own and take responsibility for this topic.
Knowledge Experts: We acknowledge this topic's presence, and while we possess expertise, we do not claim ownership.
Ignored by the Group: This topic is present, but currently overlooked by the group.
Once classified, participants are encouraged to reflect on today's reality by asking themselves:
How do we envision these topics in the future?
Where do we want each topic to be, and why?
What actions are needed to drive these changes?
Who else should be involved in achieving our goals?
Any additional considerations?
