This interactive workshop introduces the Four Ears Model by Schults von Thun, helping participants recognise the different layers in every message - what’s said, how it’s meant, and how it’s heard. Through practical examples and exercises, you’ll help a team to build awareness and skills for clearer, more effective communication

4. Reflect on main take-aways
