This template is designed to help teams and leadership groups clarify how decisions are made and where responsibilities lie. Using the 7 levels of delegation—from full control (Tell) to full autonomy (Delegate)—participants assess and discuss who should be involved in various types of decisions.

Each round focuses on a specific decision area. Participants privately select a delegation level, then reveal and discuss their choices to surface assumptions, align expectations, and agree on a shared approach.
