You'll apply a customer-centric approach to complex problem-solving and collaborate with other designers from some of the highest-profile companies in the world. As a part of our Product Design team, you will contribute to our design process, culture, and experience principles and set new standards for design quality. About the Role
What you’ll do
- Explore the end-to-end design process, from discovery research to effective problem framing, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, and user testing, into high-fidelity designs
- Understand the competitive landscape, and using qualitative and quantitative methods hypothesize new solutions and improvements to the Miro products
- Collaborate closely with UXR and analytics to turn insights into high-quality designs and work with content design & engineering partners to ensure solid implementation in production
- Understand the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them
- Bring delight to Miro users through high-quality interaction design and visuals
What you’ll need
- Graduate in 2025 in Bachelor’s or Master’s in interaction design, industrial design, creative design, HCI, or a related design field
- Strong drive to learn, and absorb knowledge from your team, and ability to take and utilize this knowledge in your work
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Be available to start a full time position for our 12 month programme from September 2024
- Be able to commute to our office in Amsterdam
